All those journeys to estate agents, sifting through mounds of property details to find something suitable, and then the time consuming task of arranging appointments and viewing them, many of which bear little resemblance to the written details you were given.

We specialise in taking the grind out of what should be a pleasurable experience, and help you find a home as near as possible to your ideal without you having to make many fruitless journeys in this pursuit. We have many years experience in dealing with property purchasers in Cumbria, through estate agents, auctions and private sales, and can use this to your advantage.

How does it work....
We start by establishing exactly what you want, where you want it and how much you are willing to spend. We then consider your requirements and advise on how achievable your quest is before you commit.
Once engaged to act for you we then set about sourcing properties that meet your specific requirements and send you details of all those that fit your given criteria.
From this selection you will decide, if any, which properties you would like us to visit on your behalf. We will then file a comprehensive report on the property in relation to your requirements and needs.
We can then arrange for you to view any shortlisted properties, accompanying if required. |
